I have 4 tomato plants sitting in 2 inches of water. I guess those are gonners. This shit is unbelieveable this year. We have never had this much rain ever in the history of Central Tx since they have been recording it. I've thrown away at least 100 tomatoes so far because they get that black rotten spot on them from too much water. It's always something, you know ?

1. Oh man. You have had a really tough year. |

It is always something. We had two early heat waves and the tomato production has been slow on all but the Early Girls because they had already set fruit before the heat. This year my plum tree was loaded with fat juicy fruit; last year I had less than 30 plums on the whole tree because it rained heavily during the flowering period.
