Where can I find a replacement spout for a watering can?
I have an old but expensive zinc watering can. The kids made off with the "rose", the piece that diffuses the water when you want to water new seeds, etc., and I can't find it no matter how hard I look.

The problem is, I am not even sure what the brand is, or where I bought the can originally! I can see by the label on the bottom indicates that it is English in origin, I can still see the British flag. Otherwise, it is a traditional, large zinc and brass watering can with two handles.

Any ideas? This is a great can with at least a decades more use in it. I would hate to buy a new one, but I really need the spout attachment to water new seedlings. The seeds are washing away when I try to water without it. x(

2. Excellent.
I ordered the part rubber attachment. Apparently it will join with many different cans, even if the fit is not exact. In the meantime, maybe the original part will surface, it was much nicer.

I just finished yet another yummy salad from the garden :9 On the down side, something ate all the carrot sprouts :( I replanted and hope that it will go better this time. In addition, all the maters and eggplants are out and I planted some bush beans. I hope to get around to the pole beans and cukes later in the week. I put up a bluebird house yesterday, and this AM, less than 12 hours later, I saw a bluebird couple checking it out :) That's all the NC garden news that's fit to print! :hi:
