will make some good salsa. I use the blender. It's easy. Put in skinned tomatoes, peppers,(as many as however hot you want it), a couple of garlic cloves, a splash of lemon juice, and 1/2 teaspoon of Kosher salt and blend it to the chunkiness you want. Pour into KERR canning pint jars, put the lid and ring on and put them in the canner and can them at 10 pounds of pressure for 10 minutes. Carefully take them out after the pressure is released and after about 20 minutes the lids will make a clink sound as the vacuum draws them down. They are good for the pantry shelf for about 2 years after they're sealed. They make good gifts to neighbors.

I make a batch of salsa just about every other day now. Thanks for the recipe, I've just been cutting up a bunch of stuff and tossing it in a tupperware. I've have to try this.
