If you want to know how to get rid of "toxins", check out the lounge.
Foot pads, yoga, and massage will remove those deadly "toxins" from you body. :eyes:

1. Yep. Saw that.
And sweating is a way to remove toxins. And dogs sweat through their paws (even though they pant because they don't sweat). Oh yeah, the ROY G. BIV chakra bs was from the lounge too.
Lots of "woozy" choices there.:banghead:

2. We have met the enema...
And it is woo.

I know smart people who buy into this idiocy 100%. There's nowhere even to start when attempting to set the record straight, because even if you spell it out for them, they'll just say "what's the harm?"

4. I'm with you on this
I'm not really sure it's harmless. ANd having had to listen to lunch time conversations of late of ghosts, and psychics I sympathize with what you deal with...
Oh yeah, and my coworker also said "it is what it is" yesterday too...I looked for that catapult you lent me, to no avail.:-)

BTW...I don't know if you caught this but a simple joke with DuStrange in R+T where I had the umm indescretion to joke about Chakras being "real science" turned into a battle about Chakras, acupuncture, and eastern medicine/chinese herbs. A "chakravanche" as DuStrange called it....

6. My spiritual advised me to stay out of RT. Bad for the karma, you know
Ditto for the Health forum, unless you have a thousand citations to help purge you of impurities.

3. Yoga will improve your flexibility and massage just feels good
and both will leave you feeling like a million bucks for at least half an hour. Those foot pads are stupid but harmless.

I don't complain about stuff that's harmless being sold to idiots who are too lazy to do the homework on it.

I do complain about anything that harms people directly or that is sold to them as a substitute for medical treatment that is necessary to save their stupid lives.

That's the line between harmless woo that triggers the placebo response and dangerous quackery. Cross it and find out what one of my infamous nasty letters is like with copies to the state medical board, board of health, and consumer ombudsman's office of the Attorney General.
