If we all become vegan we will no longer have any illness including cancer

Not to say that eating less meat isn't beneficial (or that there aren't valid reasons like ethics or environment), especially if you increase you veggie intake. But ZERO illness including cancer? I guess vegan diets reverse genetic mutations including those caused by viruses like HPV.
