A variation on Threefer Madness?

I'm beginning to think that there should be a special designator when the thread starts out with the declaration that Big Pharma is tryng to profit by suppressing this or that cure or mandating this or that procedure.

Mr. Blur's excellent Threefer Madness graphic serves very well when such a post occurs within three replies of the thread's start, but perhaps we need something specifically keyed to those threads that are woo-woo-wacky right from the get-go.

About half the threads in the health scare lounge are woo from the outset.

How can we possibly cover than many threads without making it look like a game of tag-a-troll?
