The market could be pretty good if you also promote the idea that EM radiation, such as wi-fi and cellphone signals, retards healing (everyone knows that radiation is bad for healing). So you market copper-mesh band-aids and bandages, and that provides good cover for the RFID victims. They'd be a bit conspicuous if you have implants in your face, but safer than digging them out.
