A ghost-hunting story that might amuse my fellow Sc(k)eptics
In one of my other lives I design and produce websites, mostly for musicians, including one for Chris Butler - the man behind The Waitresses, member of Tin Huey, recently part of Richard Lloyd's band and all-round American Music Maverick.

Anyhoo, we just added a page to Chris's site on which he reveals how it felt to buy what seemed to be a perfect house in the country in Ohio only to find out that it was once Jeffrey Dahmer's home and scene of his first grisly murder.

If any house was likely to be haunted, it would surely be this one, right?

You can hear it here:

1. Interesting story.
I think his final point is the important one -- it's not whatever supernatural stuff that may or may not be present, but the memory and cultural aspects of tragedy that haunts us. Perhaps our own empathy is to blame.
