Doctors call for total NHS ban on homeopathy

No wonder people like Tredinnick are getting itchy; it is a rearguard action in their case too (and a head-up-the-rear-end action!)

I think people should have the right to take useless medicines that nevertheless make them feel happier - but I don't think that the rest of us should be required to pay for them!

1. Testify!
Im so sick of this nonsense. My grandma showed me a pamphlet she got in the mail from some crackpot "Dr." telling her that skin cancer is caused by not enough sun. WTF?

3. That's where the line is
and that seems to be what this is all about, reimbursement for quackery.

People are perverse creatures and some of them will always turn to quacks. However, reimbursement should be limited to the stuff that actually works.

4. Prince Chuck won't like that!
Anyway, if people want homeopathic "medicine" why not just fill a glass with tap water. It's the same thing.
