Forgive me for the personal post but I thought here you guys would get a kick out of this..Headhunter just called me...They wanted to interview me for the Director of QA (quality assurance+ regulatory affairs) of a small startup Pharma company...in Boston. Since I really don't feel like leaving metro DC, I politely declined..But DAAAAAMN...just think of all the evul this shill could accomplish as a QA head at a company...BWAHAHAHA :evilgrin:
(actually thats extremely flattering to me, and it seems to suggest that the biotech market is growing, a good sign since I haven't been cold called at work for a job in about 10 years)

I assume for a director they're looking for someone with a lot of QA experience or maybe are cold calling members of organizations like SQA.

7. No, oddly I'm not

I'm a research analyst, I run samples and help with validations.
I think this probably is due to the fact that I *was* the QA person under my boss at NIH and that I was helping establish GLP compliancy there.

They have an official/certified QA as a consultant but based on my experience with GLP animal studies I'll be the liaison between her and the rest of the full time staff.
