Breaking: IDIOT Thompson Blames Va Shooting on Games

Yep, despite the fact that he's a known liar, infamous for threatening fellow attorneys and judges and is on the cusp of (one would hope) losing his license to practice law in Florida, Jack Thompson managed to weasel his way onto Fox News to spew his own particular brand of hate and lies.

That's right, Thompson is trying to link the worst shooting in U.S. history, the one that occurred earlier today at Virginia Tech, to video games.

What I love about this is that just about everything he says on live television is blatantly not true, like blaming video games on the Red Lake High School shooting.

It saddens me that filth like Jack can get on national television to gloat and revel in the deaths of so many and try to put it off as education. Brian Crecente

1. What do you mean despite the fact he's a liar, he got on Fox news?

Think about that for a little bit and you will realize that he got on Fox News BECAUSE he is a liar. I'm surprised they don't hire him as a regular commentator, except that maybe he'll piss off all the Tom Clancy series gamers (at least teh ones who are wingnuts, the liberals who play it are already pissed).

I'm sure Jack's insight into the situation invovled watching the news and saying that (despite the fact that he has been disproven on this theory SO MANY times it's f***ing rediculous) that there must be infernal video games involved.

4. Reagan is responsible for closing all the mental hospitals and destroying the mental health system..

i did the research at the Modesto State Hospital that they spun into the lies that they used to shut down all the hospitals.. that is why the guy was released after being diagnosed as dangerous to others, there just wasn't any place to put him.. had he not died he would be in jail,, as are many needing psychiatric help

they used it to privatize mental health care.. under staffed group homes allowed the mentally ill to just walk away.. they now represent 1/3 of the homeless in this country.. just as the ReThugs planned
