3. They do make one handed controllers...

They look to me like they would be a bit difficult to play with, but I suppose like anything else if you get enough practice you can probably learn to use it well.

And you might want to consider PC gaming as well, there are a good number of PC games that can be played almost exclusively with the mouse especially if you like strategy games.

4. Not sure what kind of games you play but...

I play a game called NexusTk which personally, I rarely use my left hand except when typing messages.

The artwork isn't fancy but it's a major online game based in ancient Asia. I play a few months every year, mainly a Geomancers (subpath of the mages). For hunting I mainly use the keypad, which is all right-hand play.
