Anybody here been to Gamespot lately???
Jesus, they've run a Hillary, Lieberman, and general Dem hate fest going on thanks to this article:

Funny that they point out the least left leaning of Dems and everyone calls them "Liberals"....

1. This is just another reason why we don't want the DLC representing our party
Clinton and Bayh are both DLCers, and Lieberman was DLC now he is something even worse. Of course they are just the type of people to team up with Brownback on this crap. Apparently in their world the very real violence going on in Iraq is just fine, just so long as no one sees any violence in video games.

Do they not realize that every year there are an increasing number of gamers going to the voting booths, and many of them will not vote for a candidate that wants to censor their games? I don't know of anyone outside the religious right however that considers video game violence to be anywhere near the top of their list of issues to be concerned about. People are much more concerned about the people being killed in Iraq than they are with the people being killed in Manhunt 2. This is a losing issue, and it annoys the hell out of me to see Hillary and Lieberman spending so much time on it especially when they are both hypocrites who have supported the war in Iraq.

2. Yeah, but you try explaining the difference to the average gamer
There's always some FReeptard who'll tell you to "move to Canada" when you explain that there IS a HUGE difference between the DNC and DLC and that the DLC is not really progressive at all.

But hey, Hillary's got the Streisand crowd...who needs us gamers? :sarcasm: Screw the youth vote. This is how young Republican's are made in my humble experience. Tipper Gore's censorship BS back in the day hurt Al. This BS is doubly as painful.
