I just got a PS3. I will wait 10 years before I think about getting a PS4 but by then the PS8 will be released. Xbox is also announcing a 720.

Microsoft is considering native support for 360 games in Windows 8.

That would be simply awesome. 360 games played in Windows? Yes, please.

I'll be keeping my PS3 for as long as it keeps working and as long as there are games available for it.

Why should anybody be surprised that (I think it's) 8th generation consoles are on the way?

Just like with the PS2 and PS3 I will wait about a year until the first price drop and then I'll rush out to buy one if our finances will allow it.

As for the Wii, I never got one but I must admit the Wii-U looks pretty cool, and the fitness games that use the balance board have a lot of appeal for me now that my weight is dropping into the device's tolerance range.
