On Thursday, April 21, the Senate Judiciary Committee will vote on the controversial nomination of Terrence Boyle to the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Because Boyle has consistently undermined civil rights protections for people with disabilities, dozens of disability organizations – and many other civil rights and social justice organizations – are opposed to promoting this activist judge to a lifetime seat on one of the most powerful courts in the land. If confirmed, Boyle would have the rest of his life to undermine civil rights laws for people with disabilities. It’s up to you to stop him.

What's with Biden and Feinstein throwing support to this guy? I wish Democrats would do a better job of supporting disability rights.

2. I haven't been following the bills and nominations processes...

I blew a gasket and had to take some down time. I just dropped in to see what the haps were.

I don't know enough about this Boyle person to know whether he is as bad as everyone says. I mean, just because he is down on ADA et al, does that mean that he can just "DO HIS OWN THING" regardless of the law?

If so, I'll start contacting my reps ASAP. Thanks SB
