Any person who has experienced disability-based discrimination at a QuikTrip gas station, convenience store, truck stop or travel center could be considered for a possible payment from a federal settlement fund. Disability discrimination includes, but is not limited to, a denial of equal access or equal services based on a person’s disability.

Individuals have until Jan. 19, 2011, to file a claim with the U.S. Department of Justice.
