Does anyone know if there will be a cost of living hile in SSDI OR SS.?

But Medicare B premiums are supposed to rise also. They have not yet announced how much Medicare will rise.
Wanna bet it is for at least 3.6%?

Social Security payments are not the same for all, and the Medicare premium increase can not out pace the benefit hike for anyone. So it can not be 'at least' and can not be 3.6% of any one number. Beneficiary A gets more than twice what Beneficiary B gets. Medicare premiums are the same for all. Knowing the rules helps deliver snark with meaning.

A link to that one for sure, the SS news says 3.6% raise for SS, and maybe $10 raise for part B medicare... .

For 2012, the premium is projected at $106.60 – partly because the pool of seniors subject to higher premiums will be so much larger. Oddly enough, that will mean lower premiums for the 25 percent of seniors who fall into the high- or low-income groups – or for those who enrolled for the first time this year and are paying the $115.40 premium.
