Stick to medical facts of her being brain dead.

recite the details of that evidence, not details of which court should deal with it all.

1. Brain-dead isn't the word medical professionals would use here.

They'd use PVS, which has its own problematic history, but is not equivalent to "brain-dead".

certainly brain impaired but not brain dead. I don't think any Dem should say a damn word but it's in the legal system now. The less they say the better.
