7. This one might seem odd
It's a website for vegans & vegetarians. But for some reason they've got a robust discussion group for religious and secular homeschoolers. My wife finds lots of bargains there.

And they won't cast you out if you happen to be a carnivore :).

is awesome. You can sign up via www.tagfam.org. This is a community for families of the talented & gifted. The tagmax forum is specifically for families that homeschool. The search engine is fantastic. You can easily find posts on just about any subject.

WELCOME! This group is for public, private, and homeschool teachers to post their "For Sale" and/or "Wanted to Buy" ads for curriculum, resources or other schooling materials, new or used, for Grades PreK - 12.

Teaching texts, curriculum, living books, the classics, chapter books, readers, children's story books, manipulatives, audios, videos, CDs, CD-Roms, art supplies, and supplies in general may be posted.

Fiction that may be posted: Children's storybooks, a story that "teaches", historical fiction, classic literature, or chapter books.

*Only post school related items and do *not* post anything with witches, ghosts, and/or occultic overtones.

All transactions are between buyers and sellers personally. The list owner /moderator assumes no responsiblity for any sales transactions.

*NOTE* - All memberships require an e-mail address *other than Yahoo or Hotmail*



I have gotten their email list for about eight months now. It is a very active list. I have purchased a few things for my kids with no problems. Most of the things listed are for children who are older than mine (my oldest is 3).
