1. It's an interesting article.

My personal feeling is, I wouldn't want my kid involvd with the local public schools' extra programs anyway. He's involved in local homeschool swimming and drama lessons and a soccer team; and I can find music and art programs far superior to what he'd find in the PS for not too much money.

there are people who don't want to play by the same set of screwed up rules that they feel they are forced to follow.
