I've already recorded and watched Holiday Affair, which has become a favorite. And I'm set to record several of the Ginger Rogers movies.

Thanks for the Christmas graphics! I was afraid I wouldn't get in the mood this year but I've been recording a lot of Christmas movies on the Hallmark Channel and TCM and little touches like your Christmas art really help! :hug:

your hug today was just what I needed! Its been a rough one--

TNT has been showing quite a few older Christmas movies this past week. Its been nice and helpful to get in the mood- I don't know what it is this season: several of my co-workers feel the same way. We just can't get motivated to start the excitement and anticipation of the season. Its not that we don't enjoy the holidays, we're just not in the mood this year. And believe me, THAT's unusual for me! I usually LOVE all things Christmas! :hug:

And I'm not at all religious. But I love the music and the stories of giving and helping each other out -- not to mention the love stories that are intertwined with the season. I can't say that I'm full of Christmas spirit yet but I'm getting a little closer. :hi:
