1. I just finished watching 'Double Harness' for the first time

and LOVED it! First of all, the sets were amazing displays of Art Deco style. Secondly, the story was so vivid, and the characters so well written! For a film from 1933, I was really amazed at how current the story felt. Yes, a lot of the plot was driven by more's of the time, and how women viewed themselves and men. However, for that time period, I felt a lot of what the main female character was trying to do, was very modern.

I'm so glad I took the time to enjoy this one!!
