Edited on Mon Jun-22-09 09:41 AM by ginnyinWI
From 6 a.m. Eastern Saturday June 27th to 6 a.m. Sunday. I'm setting my DVR so I can create a DVD set. These are some of his best.

1. Hi, ginny!

Welcome! I haven't checked out Saturday's listing yet. It sounds like a Hitchcock marathon!! Yippee!!!!!

on edit: when you record onto your DVR, how do you record onto DVD? I have several programs saved on my DVR, but haven't yet figured out how to get them onto a DVD. I've tried 2 different DVD recorders and can't get them to record onto DVDs.

2. I'm no tech whiz, but--
First, you have the have a recordable DVD, then follow the directions on the DVD recorder. You have to play the thing on your tv and record as it plays. Anything playing on the tv should be recordable, whether live tv or a DVR recording. Put a blank DVD in, start the movie and then hit "record".

3. I think I must not have the 'right' kind of DVD
to record onto. There are so many kinds out there. I've got to get another kind, and try again. I have so many shows saved on my DVR recorder that I want to transfer onto disc.
