Okay, Matilda, I need to know: Have you seen
The Chocolate Soldier? I think I heard the recording once when I was in high school or middle school, but I don't recall ever seeing the movie.
In other news, one of my recently discovered favorites,
Westward the Women, is airing today. From what I recall, TCM didn't air it until it had a special guest programmer, selected from among TCM viewers, choose it as part of his film line-up. I've been hooked on it ever since.
