1. Two of my favorites!

12 Angry Men is just one of those films I have to watch every single time it runs.

And I first saw The Lady Eve at the student union when I went to a state university. What a great movie, rather daring for its time. Very funny too, and it's nice to see Barbara Stanwyck and Henry Fonda playing off each other so beautifully.

2. 12 Angry Men is a powerful film

All of the actors are wonderfully cast and all give terrific performances. The emotion just keeps building. It resonated with me, because I was once the jury foreperson in a 1st degree murder trial that went awry. All the same prejudices showed themselves, and it wasn't pretty by a long shot.

Lucky you to be able to see 'The Lady Eve' on a big screen! Stanwyck and Fonda are great together!

A local theater has, on occasion, started showing some classic films at midnight on certain Fridays. When I'm able to stay up that late, and if the film is something I really want to see, Mr. ld and I will go. The last one we saw was 'Rear Window'!! It was magical being able to see my favorite movie of all time, on a big screen! I wish more theaters would do this. They had a GREAT crowd for it too!
