1. I saw the 1937 Prisoner of Zenda just a few weeks ago here on TCM.

I much preferred it to the 1950s remake, in spite of the newer version having Deborah Kerr. I guess Stewart Granger is no match for Ronald Colman, and the earlier version had more of an edge to it.

Anyone who hasn't seen this one should take a look – you won't be disappointed.
