WooHOO! What a lovely film! Norma is just wonderful in this version- I also enjoyed Jennifer Jones in the '57 version, but as you know, Norma is my fav!!

3. Absolutely - she's perfection in the role.
And isn't Charles Laughton wonderful too - excellent as the really
perverted father, making your flesh crawl yet never going over the top.
