But I do rent DVDs from Netflix. I saw "Double Indemnity" and
"Strangers on a Train" the other evening. Fantastic stuff.

Netflix has a pretty good collection. I haven't looked up anything yet that they didn't have.

2. I put in a bid for "The Lady Vanishes" and discovered that it will

be a long, long time before it's available. Apparently, it's popular!!
"Suspicion" and "Notorious" were wonderful, as well.

4. I used to get TCM but my cable company (Comcast) raised its

prices-- I think that was it-- so now I'd have to pay
a lot more than my already-ridiculous figure of $56 to
get anything else. I opted not to.

Netflix is nice because 1) there's no postage to pay, and
2) they have a nice selection
