1. Isn't Discover Owned By Sears?
I had a discover store years ago and I used to walk to the Sears store by my house and pay the bill at the cashiers to save money on stamps lol....not sure if it still is though?

But if it is -- ditch it & get a Visa! The best thing you can do is a Visa through your credit Union, IMO. Then any interest you pay doesn't go to a repuke bank. Of course you have to join a credit union for that! Which I would love it if everyone did because I think that is a great & easy way to move a lot of money from red to blue.

If you don't join a credit union maybe next best thing is the Working Assets card, or some other credit card that gives a portion to lib causes, even though MNBA will also end up making money that way.
