Found A Washburn Acoustic in the Garbage Room Of My Building

Someone was throwing it away! It's a bit scuffed (not too bad though) and the anchor board (? the piece of wood where the pegs to hold the string go through?) for the strings is missing, but that can be easily repaired. Otherwise, it's in good shape. Can't wait to get it fixed and see how it sounds. Wonder why they tossed it?
