My God I hate playing when there is no groove

drummer rushing like a neocon with a war plan

bass player roughly as competent as a repuke president

oh well.

the crowd didn't notice and the gig paid pretty well . . .

but I'm exhausted, crabby and have the musical equivalent of blue balls.

1. Man, I feel for you - I'm really fortunate now that I never have to take a

job with lame players, although I don't mind a private jam sometimes with guys who are learning and sincere in wanting to play better.
