This is just a vent. :nuke: I'm so annoyed at these blundering fools but I don't want to sic my lawyer on them yet because I may have to actually deal with these cretins in the future... grrrrr
The idiots at ArtistDirect.com somehow screwed up my account a while back and I could no longer log on to change my band (Nightweed) info and change the songs. I wrote ArtistDirect about this in MARCH!
Over 2 weeks ago they finally write back (I'd mercifully forgotten about them) and after over 10 emails they still cannot either (1) log me back in so I can change Nightweed's info or (2) delete the account so I can re-register Nightweed from scratch.
They're claiming they can't find the info to change it and I'm telling them they're full of it because I used to administer some very large company databases and there's no way it would take more than 30 minutes to fix this!
I do have a legal leg to stand on, though, don't I? They can't just hijack my band's information and songs and keep it from us, can they? (We have all copyrights, etc., naturally.)
Frickin' morons.... And they won't even give me the courtesy of a NAME when they email me - it's like this faceless Borg-bot. I mean, who taught these twits customer service? Dick Cheney? Fargin' ice-holes!
