Who is a fan of Drum Corps? Ever march in drum corps?
What is your favorite show ever?
Mine? 1993 Star of Indiana (The Music of Barber and Bartok)
That show still gives me goosbumps.

Love drum corps. Never got to do it myself but I was in college drumline with a bunch of people who did.
Totally agree on that Star of Indiana show. My favorite corps I ever saw in person though was the old Velvet Knights from the mid-80s. Too damn funny.

Many friends from the seventies were in the old Stockton Commodores. When they disbanded many went to the Freelancers, The Vanguard and the Blue Devils. My favorite corps are the Blue Devils. Love their use of Tower Power tunes in their past shows.

I auditioned for Southwind back in '94. I made the cut, but I couldn't afford going so far out of town for the camps...so I had to quit.
I wish the cutoff age wasn't so low. 21 is just too low IMO.
