I have grown so tired of this election season...
and it's not even over yet.

I haven't been posting much lately because as most of you know I've been caring for Sheridan, but I do check into DU to read some of the posts. One of the things though that has really begun to grate on me is that every time I arrive on the DU Homepage I see yet one more post about who is endorsing St. Obama.

At first, I just ignored them, but now I find them irritating. I especially hate the ones where they first praise then in the same post(sometimes) denigrate and endorsement by John Edwards. I guess all these endorsements matter to the Obama people, but I have to admit I have seen some posts crowing about one where I don't even know the person throwing in their lot with Obama.

As I stated at the beginning of my post, I'm just sick of this entire election season. I want it over and done with and if I could be granted one little wish--Please, Please, Please!! Stop with the freaking endorsements!! I just don't think any of them matter anymore. Most people have made up their minds and one more nameless endorsement just doesn't matter.

Just my .02 worth. I just felt the need to vent.

1. Where the endorsements would matter is from the S.D.s
It is an interesting phenomenon, this historical nomination season. It really is quite pathetic on so many levels. Very revealing.

As for the endorsements... the only time it *really* matters is when it's a superdelegate. I would hope that the crowing was over those... because it's those that will bring this nightmare to an end.

3. I completely agree...
I get these tinges of guilt for not caring anymore... but I just don't. I can't. This whole thing has gotten so ridiculous.

4. I'm definitely pulling for Hillary
but, as yet, not supporting with time and money.

She is definitely better than the other choice, even McCain/snork.

I do have the comfort in knowing, my life will be fine no matter who wins. H,O or McSame. In fact, my family does benefit more under puggers. :silly:

Glad Sheridan's doing well :)
