I wholeheartedly support John Edwards...though have a question
I resonate strongly with his message, I admire how he has addressed "inconsistencies" from his past positions/votes, and I simply like the guy. I trust him. I trust Elizabeth.

I don't expect anyone to be perfect and certainly don't expect him to be either.

One of the main things those who oppose JE throw up is the hedge fund issue.

There's a ton of info out there about this, but I am trying to find what JE has said about this himself. It will certainly come up in the general election, and I'd like to be informed about this as much as possible so I can come to terms with it myself before interacting about it with others.

This one issue isn't something which would thwart my support of him whatsoever. I simply would like to get the facts straight.

Can someone direct me to where he has responded about the hedge fund thing?

Thanks in advance!

3. Also-
When he found out about foreclosures her took the money out that was involved, and donated to help the victims. I read the article on this, but I haven't found the link yet, when I do, I'll pass it along.

4. That would be great...
I just read the other links and saw that he planned to help the victims. That would be awesome if there's a link showing he did. For me, however, I don't need it.

I know it's not fair and probably not wise to place so much hope in one person, but I can't help but feel the fate of this country - and we citizens - is directly tied to the successful election of John Edwards.

He is my one solid hope that life can change for the better on a large scale.

5. And by the way-
Thank you so much for the support. I've voted in every election since 1980, and for the first time, I will get to vote for a hero, not just a candidate. America needs John Edwards.

10. It warms my heart to see young people like you getting involved.
First Presidential I voted in was 1980. I'm 2 for 7, and yes, I'm hoping to change that number for the better this time.

14. I missed being able to vote for Clinton... but I lived in VT.. not really
needed for that tiny little state. Next up was 2000...I was sitting in the hall of the science building waiting for my turn for spring enrollment... a long gloom set over us. Job opportunities disapeared before our eyes... We were crying in the halls. We should have been graduating with the best and brightest hope for science and the environment... instead, we've had 7 long yrs of environmetal abuse. For us.. That day was disgusting and sad... I did a write in ballot that year. In 2004, I was in FL. I was certain we were going to do it. Then reports started coming in about minority voters having problems in south Florida... Well, hello, South Florida... the Minority is the majority.

Now, my vote is not counted in the primaries. Flori-duh sucks.
