whoaaaa
I just saw the HRC press conference that everyone has been talking about here today - the "crying" episode.

First let me say that I had figured that Obama supporters were exaggerating and overstating it. I found it to be worse than how they were describing it. It went on and on and she did not seem to be in control of her emotions. I think it would sink any other candidate permanently.

But here is the most important thing - her emotional episode included three lines stolen word for word from Edwards. Anyone else catch that? It jumped right out at us here and left us all in shock and disbelief. They did not seem spontaneous either, but very calculatingly inserted into her talk and out of character for her. Creepy as Hell - some new and evil level of deception going on there, with her looking right into the camera and so blatantly and clumsily stealing another candidates key lines. Makes you wonder if the whole "sincere" moment there was all contrived and staged. I now feel that we may be dealing with a pathological liar, more on the level of Nixon than any other politician I can remember feeling this way about. Bush lies all the time, of course - it is his job that the Republicans hired him to do. But this is a different kind of lying I heard tonight.
