My trip to Las Vegas last weekend

I just got a new home computer about 2 hours ago and I'm still working with it. I went from a PC to a MAC...

I want to post my thoughts about saturdays caucus but I just don't have enough time right now. I will try to do it tomorrow, along with a few photos.

One quick thought is that caucuses suck. They disenfranchise way too many voters.

I attended the caucus at the Bellagio - it was all the casino/restaurant workers who attended, so it was huge Hillary/Obama turnout. It was heartbreaking for me, but some good came out of it, and I'm glad I went.

I have to go to the store in time to get back for the debate tonight. I hope our guy does well.

And I leave you with this thought - someone told me that in 1992 Clinton lost the first 7 primaries. I'm not giving up.

I heard some disturbing things today on AAR. People were calling in from Nevada, saying that word trickled down from "on high" (i.e., the casino bosses) who said if people in their union (whichever union they belonged to) voted for Edwards, they can go look for a different job.

Read several articles about the voters hating the system too (reports of pressuring and intimidation?). I remember one guy said "I wish we could vote on paper like the rest of the damn country!"
