My signs are on the way!

Got an e-mail today...my yard signs, t-shirts and buttons are on the way! Finally....my husband and I already have bumper stickers. My husband was stopped tonight in Walmart parking lot here. This guy started talking to him about his daughter who is sick. His wife and him can barely cover the cost. They make 42,000 a year.

I am a nurse, I donot have kids. I love the elderly. I love taking care of them, make them laugh and provide good care. You know I have found in life, that money troubles, or arguments that are forgotten over time are really not that important. Once you lose your'e health after working hard all your life is probably one of the hardest things. Your'e posessions gone and everything you have ever had are now stored in a 10x12 space. (making me cry) anyway.....they deserve the best care! :) gtg welling up in tears....

It is quite scary what he said....I still have not heard anything back as far as an answer. I e-mailed my concerns to several though. This is a very important issuue. If Obama believes in euthanasia.

3. Same here.

My mother will be 86 next Monday. She's been living at an assisted living facility after having two strokes. Giving up the home she was born in was one of the toughest things she ever had to do.

5. Yes...I feel for you and her. It is a delicate and tough time of life.

I work in LTC and I love it. I absolutely care about the people I care for. I hope your mom gets that same kind of care. :)

It's an excellent family owned facility that provides the full range of care. If she reaches a point where she needs 24 hour acute care they have a separate wing where that level is provided.

And thank you for asking these questions. I just read that whole thread. (Boy, there are some real smart-asses out there.) This IS a very important issue, and you are right to seek clarification. I didn't like how his comments sounded either. Please let us know what they say when/if they get back to you. I want and need to know. Could you please cross-post it here in the Edwards Supporters Group, or post another link for us when you hear back from them? I'm afraid I might miss it otherwise. Thank you again.

Oh, and I also got an email today telling me that my Edwards *stuff* is on its way! WooHoo!
