On the ground in Charleston SC working for the Edwards campaign.

Well dear Edwardians, it is wild and woolly and non stop activity canvassing, phone banking and being visible for Edwards.

About 4 hours today was spent door to door with not many answering, however it was encouraging to find several strong Edwards supporters.

Charleston is more blue than most other areas of SC, and Monday's debate has been the talk of the area everywhere we go.

An entire family of 6 who were divided, are now strong Edwards supporters, and MENTIONED HIS TERRIFIC performance at the debate and how that was the single reason they all pulled together to support him.

There are volunteers here from Nevada, Texas, Maryland, Alaska, New York New York, Fla.


All the Edwards offices need volunteers to take part in visibility events all over SC....so if you live in SC and have any time at all tomorrow, find your nearest Edwards office and volunteer.

We are hopeful. Please pray that SC comes through for Edwards on Sat.

So glad to hear that the debate is having an effect. Do you know if the MLK III letter of support is making the rounds down there at all? The media is, of course, ignoring that.
