1. I'm not an Edwards Democrat
I supported John Edwards because I thought he came closest to my views, of those running. I still think he would be a great candidate in the general election and a great president, but when it comes to what kind of Democrat I am, I'm a me Democrat.

2. Edwards Democrats "still" want to be inspired.
The message is not anti-Hillary or anti-Obama, just looking for a spark to kick start us again :hi:

3. True. And I'm not inspired now.
I have made a choice (Obama), but it's a dispassionate and calculating one.

4. Inspire me :)
I'm still uncommitted, but leaning. :hi:

5. Here's my reasoning
1. Obama is much more likely to win in November than Hillary.

2. His ability to inspire and draw in the young will be of immense importance to the future of the leftwing and Democratic Party if he wins. People drawn into politics young tend to stay active and tend to continue to identify with the party or movement they started with.

3. An Obama presidency has the potential to heal, or at least begin the healing of, the racial divide in the U.S. That would be of enormous longterm importance.

4. Hillary grates on me more every time I hear her speak. Okay, this item is coldly calculating; it's visceral.
