Okay...

This is really sad - the top two Greatest Threads right now at 9:19 pm are about John Edwards. Doesn't that just make you want to cry? And they are both positive. That's what a campaign is all about. And to think, I almost missed it, been spending my time elsewhere lately, for the ugliness that is Hope (dare I say the name!!??!) is a joke.

2. I was amazed to see that tonight, too! And had a similar reaction.

There is so little negativity on either of those threads (NONE on the second one that I saw). It was refreshing to read! Oh, for what could have, should have, been...

3. Yeah well, today, someone posted a where is John Edwards thread and the first response was an

attack! And of course by a cultist!

4. one part of me hurts inside that John Bailed out..he said he was staying to the convention

but i know in my heart they strong armed him out..and why?? for two worthless candidates?

I called Dodds office today and raised holy hell..i said how dare he endorse the very man who stole his votes at the Iowa caucus's with bus loads of college kids that illegally caucused in Iowa..for a mere $200. bucks and an ipod..

i went berserk on the phone with his phone gal..i said this is a guy who is no better than Rove and bush..he is a cheat and a damn liar...and i said i am now almost done being a dem ..

i told them the large$$$ numbers i have given the dem party and i said..i am done..i will not vote or support someone who is a cheat and liar..whether that be in the repig party..or the dem party.

I said i saw the cheating with my own eyes and yet the dem party has done nothing about it..and i said a lawyer from San Fran was with me as a co-captain of a caucus in Iowa saw it as well..and that many of Edwards people who worked the caucus's reported the same thing..so i said ..tell Dodd..he just endorsed a damn cheater!

and that i would take my name off every dem club and DEC and DNC and everything i have been involved in in the dem party..

i said i could not be more disgusted, and all he had to do was not endorse..but to endorse a cheater..is just beyond me.

wow i was mad..and i can't stand Hillary..it has nothing to do with her ..it has to do with right and wrong.

Politics is dirty, and the Dems are no exception.

I'm sure there were thing about Edwards we wouldn't have been happy about, but at least..... his direction was in our best interest.

It's all corporate all the time now for the Dem party.

6. All I can figure is that the Fat Cats didn't think a 3 way split ....

was a good idea. They didn't want the possibility of a brokered convention. The thing is, with Edwards out of the race, a clear front runner STILL hasn't emerged. With all the focus on Ohio and Texas, the thing is Obama has less than 1400 delegates and Clinton has less than 1300, so even Ohio and Texas's primaries will not get either of them to the magic 2024 delegates. Edwards was pushed out before Super Tuesday to avoid a brokered convention, and guess what, we're going to get a brokered convention anyway!
