GREAT FALLS, Mont. — A former Malmstrom Air Force Base airman has been sentenced to more than six years in prison for possessing child pornography.

Bryan Trinidad pleaded guilty and has been discharged from the Air Force.

In June 2007, agents with the Air Force Office of Special Investigation teamed with Immigration and Customs agents to investigate a computer address at Malmstrom that was being used to view child pornography.

During the investigation agents learned that Trinidad was not registered to use the account but was accessing it.

More than 600 images of child pornography were discovered on Trinidad's computer.
