Happy birthday Jesus! XD!
I've put that as my Facebook status today, but so far nobody has complimented my briliiant sense of humor. I'm remaing hopeful, though.

I'm sick of two things so far:

First of of all Jesus. If I never hear about Jesus again it'll be too soon. Every year I'm astounded by the number of people who actually believe that kind of stuff. I remember an exchange between Cosmik Debris (does anybody else remember how awesome that guy was?) and some other guy a while back:

"How do you know Jesus never walked on water?" "Becuase it's impossible. What are you fucking stupid?" I wish all arguments could go that way.

Two: people defending, and defending their membership in, a global pederasty ring. "Trying to change it from the inside?" That's one of the stupidest fucking things I've ever heard. Imagine if it were not a tax-exempt religious organization, if it was just a global crime syndicate working in fraud, money laundering, and child rape. When the FBI comes knocking on your door, asking why you attend their meetings and give them ten percent of your income, and you argued that you were trying to change them from the inside, that wouldn't fly. You'd end up in jail pretty fucking quick. Becuase aiding and abetting child rape is just wrong.

I think everybody should see this video about the Catholic Church - it's in five parts, but it's well worth it to get to the end:

We start off with Bishop Onaiyaken, who says some very wishy-washy things but still manages to include a few demonstrable falsehoods, as any good sermon should. Then the drug-addled woman-hating warmonger Christopher Hitchens, who brings it home like nobody else can. Seriously, the first time I watched this, I didn't think anybody could do a better job at bashing the Catholic Church but we'll get to that. Then the lady Anne Widdecombe. In this case I must use "lady" loosely; in fact, here it means "the foulest monstrosity that ever crawled out of the swamp." Lastly Stephen Fry: I had never heard of him before seeing this video, but now I have an undying admiration for the man. His brilliance is unmatched.
