I liked the comment in that thread from someone who's "not a believer," but wondered if all that "positive prayer energy" helped bring home Apollo 11 in 1970.

Too bad Positive Prayer Energy (tm) couldn't bring Columbia home in 2003, or keep Challenger safe in 1986.
