2. Why highlight only 101 people who are dead?

Dear Mr. Powell,

I believe your book, 101 People You Won't Meet In Heaven, significantly underreports the number of people who will not be found in heaven. As heaven is a fantasy land made up as an incentive to convert. It doesn't really exist and consequently, no one will meet anyone else in heaven. When you die, that's it. You don't go of heaven or hell, you simply stop living. End of story. Enclosed, please find a list of everyone who has ever lived and died, as these people will not be found in heaven. As I'm sure this list is incomplete, I will forward additions as they are discovered.
