1. That one sure brought out all the Usual Suspects.
Thanks. I had to double-check to make sure I wasn't in the Religion/Theology forum.

Timothy McVeigh was also an atheist. But he doesn't have the same Wow Factor as...

..STALIN!!!!...

7. I misremembered. But he called himself "agnostic."

According to the quotes I found.

Not to worry...we can blame it on the Pope...

"I was raised Catholic. I was confirmed Catholic (received the sacrament of confirmation). Through my military years, I sort of lost touch with the religion. I never really picked it up, however I do maintain core beliefs." - Timothy McVeigh (1996)

In his letter (2001), McVeigh said he was an agnostic but that he would "improvise, adapt and overcome", if it turned out there was an afterlife. "If I'm going to hell," he wrote, "I'm gonna have a lot of company." His body is to be cremated and his ashes scattered in a secret location. (Julian Borger article in The Guardian)

10. I agree with EOC.
Your skill at satire is pretty decent. After reading the subject line of your first post in that thread, I scrolled down to find the reply button and call you out for being A BUM!! Then I read the username and the rest of the post and, after a hearty laugh, put my gasket back in place.

5. You have to remember:
Just because someone agrees with you on one thing doesn't mean they're on your side.
