Customer Contact Software
I was wondering if anyone uses a cutomer contact management software product.

I am selling books online and I want a way to keep track of my customers and their book want list.

Thanks

Paul

3. I use vtiger CRM.
I used to use ACT but moved over to vtiger because it's Open Source, free and has some really great features like having the ability to access your customer information from anywhere you have an internet connection and a web browser.

It's a great customer management and sales tool.

4. Go to Salesforce.com
They used to give you a free version (unlimited for solo users) but I think it's now a 30 day trial. This is online web-based software, so you don't have to maintain a thing. It has every feature you can think of. I used to recommend CRM software as a consultant and salesforce is the best thing going.
