BSG continues to astound...
The writing and storyline(s) have continued to surpass my wildest dreams. The character driven storyline and the complexities of the socioeconomic realm of the newly created society are what one would expect of a novel and not a series.

If only other shows can realize the fact that good writing will surpass gimmicks or stare value, there would be hope for our entertainment industry again.

1. I agree
I'm also enjoying Ron Moore's audio commentary for each episode.

3. I was just going to post on BSG
I think the show has really taken itself to another level this year... I'm sure if you go back several months on this board, you'll find posts from me saying I only thought the first season of BSG was so-so at various points, but then I thought it really picked up the last few episodes.

But, starting with the 2 part finale last year and the first few episodes this year, it has just been tremendous. I'm being summoned by my wife, so I'll post more later.

5. I know, me too
It's really the only show on TV that I make sure I watch. The plotlines are such that you can't wait for them to show the next scene with Starbuck on Caprica, but then you can't wait for them to get to President's next scene, and then what's going to happen with Adama, and then with Col. Tigh, and oh yeah, Baltar & his hallucinations about #6. Or, are they hallucinations? and, don't forget Tom Zarek and Apollo... and, was "Boomer" really correct about the number of cylons in the fleet?

6. And it didn't disappoint.... Again.
The multiple story lines are going to be hard for newcomers to pick up on which may hurt it in the future...

Or may help it as in B5.
