I saw a couple of episodes. Apart from a bad attempt to retro-ize the NX-01, there's nothing good I can say about it. Star Trek turned into Star Drek about, oh, 10 years ago.
Except Firefly had lasted only 14 episodes, 3 of which never aired, and is rather more interesting and also undeserving of both the timeslot and cancellation; Berman's midas touch gave Paramount 3 years of Star Drek and that's why it's being given the death slot. BTW: Season 4 is also videotaped, not filmed. New digital video process. Paramount doesn't care, yet it still wants to vacuum every penny from its fans.
Also, having seen a lot of episodes where the Vulcans are far more slimy than we had been led to believe for 30-some years, I refuse to see "Enterprise" as being canon. Maybe if it were shot out of a cannon, but it is not canon. Sorry, badly written AIDS allegories amongst many other forms of what tapdances along the line of "mucking up continuity", rules it out. Of course, starting with the "Generation" mvie, Berman decided to consciously start screwing with continuity. (Remember, The Enterprise-D said only 5 starships had the name 'Enterprise'. Spock said Vulcan had never been conquered in all remembered history yet Vulcan circa 22nd century is ran by a bunch of deceitful conquerors who also have people like T'Pau being rebels... Worf in TNG said Klingons do not drink with their enemies yet Klingon Commander Kor happily did with Kirk... there are numerous of other things, but it's all academic. In only an arcane way.)
My overall beef isn't with Enterprise. It's the idiot(s) in charge, all of which should have been axed a decade ago.
Berman, starting with Deep Sleep 9, tried copying the Babylon 5 formula as well. Didn't work then. Doesn't work now.
