How do I love thee (professionally), let me count the ways...
... because you didn't do it for the TV attention but for the career opportunity, and stayed under the radar and out of the boardroom at the beginning ... because they could still look back and show you stood out in the 1st and 2nd task. ... because you gave your team the freedom to negotiate only after checking that they'd do ok (and not letting them too far off the leash) ... because every time anyone did a "focus group," I knew it was your idea (or that they'd learned it from you) ... because you had the talent to design a really good brochure ... because you didn't let your team's poisonous negativity detract from your performance ... because you stayed mature and professional and team-oriented when presenting said brochure ... because that was an awesome clutter design, and would have been even better if they'd listened to you about the horizontal folders ... because you stayed admirably calm when dealing with Craig where I would have already been in jail ... because I believe that you made a significant difference in every Magna win ... because when given your team for the final task, you focused on the positive and made them want to succeed ... because you wished the best for Tana when she wished the worst for you ... because you showed business savvy, keen analysis, and plain common sense ... because you cried, and the reasons for which you cried showed humanity and character (and you barely teared up in the BR) ... because you never argued that your opponent was weak, only that you were stronger ... because you were poised, prepared, and gracious in victory ... because you knew you'd won long before Tana knew she'd lost, and you did not try to fight her in the finale over circle points that were no longer important ... because your fight, and your victory, made me watch and root for you ... because you impressed Carolyn enough to become HER apprentice ... because you are young, and already so talented, and have made the most of an opportunity ... because you really are the total package
